Processing Times

• Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST.

• We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. holidays.

• Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.

• Example: If you place an order on Friday at 3:30 PM EST, your order will begin processing on Monday morning.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• All orders are shipped via USPS.

• Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier’s schedule.

• Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control (such as carrier delays or weather events).

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. STNR House is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses, lost packages, or delays once the package has been accepted by the carrier.
